My order shipped and delivered within 2 1/2 weeks. The products were nice quality and fun to open! I am going to Orlando Florida and will be using lots of the things I received. I just placed my second order and I’m excited to receive it!

I absolutely LOVED my order! I placed Order #1481 and went all out with 20 Premium Gotchas plus 6 scoops, and with the extras and my “Got One More” wins, this ended up being a HUGE order. I paid around $906 because this was basically my birthday and Christmas present combined, and I had saved for it all year. I can honestly say the whole experience was so much fun and absolutely felt special. One of my favorite parts was the anticipation. I had sent in a pretty detailed preference list because I love Ravenclaw, vintage magical-library/castle aesthetics, premium bags, goblets, elegant notebooks and binders, squishes, and Honeydukes. I also asked them to avoid duplicates if possible. They did such a great job taking my preferences into consideration, and I loved almost everything they selected for me. I was also SO excited that they put my entire order into one big shopping basket video as I had requested. I love watching those videos, so seeing my own giant order done that way was ridiculously fun. Even better, my video was posted the same day my package arrived, just a few hours before I received it, so I got the anticipation of watching everything and then actually opening the box that same day. The box weighed about 42 pounds and was packed incredibly well. Only one item arrived damaged—a wing had broken off my door guardian griffin—which was disappointing, but considering how large the order was, how many items were inside, and the distance it traveled, I was honestly impressed that nothing else was damaged. There were only a few things that weren’t really my personal taste, mainly the mandrake items and the “card purses,” which were really more like men’s wallets. But that is part of ordering mystery items, and the overwhelming majority of my order was completely my style. I absolutely adored so many of the pieces they chose for me. I will mention that a few items were smaller in person than I expected. For some reason, the shopping basket in the videos makes some things look much larger than they actually are. 😂 That didn’t ruin the experience for me at all, but it is something I noticed once everything arrived. Shipping was also much faster than I expected. My order arrived in about a week and a half. Their Facebook page lists California, but my package actually shipped from Hong Kong. Even so, it arrived surprisingly quickly and was packed extremely well for such a large international shipment. Overall, this was such a fun experience from beginning to end. I loved the anticipation, I loved watching my basket video, I loved opening that gigantic box, and I loved the overwhelming majority of what I received. It genuinely felt like Christmas. I enjoyed it so much that I’m already thinking about doing another large order next year — except next time I think I want to go completely Hufflepuff with a little Gryffindor mixed in. 😂💛❤️ Absolutely a 5/5 experience for me. My daughter absolutely loved her box. Her handbag, wallet and card purse was very good quality and smelled so nice. We loved the storage box everything in the box was absolutely what we wanted. Now the bad news. It took a little longer to reach us. I understand we’re in the US but now that I know how the sipping is not to worry you will get it in about 15 to 18 days. If your playing in getting them for Christmas I’d order by early November. I’m already waiting on box #2 Hufflepuff is next!!!!!!!

I thought this was fun! I liked the items received. The cup was broken in the back but I was able to glue back together. Just can't wash it or it will break again. The silver cup didn't fit into the goblet very well so it looks weird. Zipper doesn't work well on the Quidditch clutch so I'm going to try and put some oil on it. Maybe it will work. But overall I like my items.
